You buy it as it stands
The goods are sold in the state they are in. Come and look on the viewing day. There is no complaining afterwards.
Buyer premium and VAT
On top of the hammer price comes 15% buyer premium. On the hammer price and the premium together comes 21% VAT. On margin lots the VAT on the hammer price falls away.
Paying and collecting
You get one invoice for all your lots. Pay within two days and collect on the collection day. Not collecting means a penalty and a blocked account.
